Depending on the stage of our relationship, we may collect different types of information:

ID card or passport, visas, Emirates ID, photographs and proof of address, required to incorporate companies, process residency applications and comply with client identification (KYC) and anti-money laundering obligations.

• If we only send you informational communications, we will keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Credentials and platform access are deleted once they are no longer needed for the service, unless you expressly agree to keep them.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We only share your data when necessary to provide the service or when required by law:

• Authorities and public bodies: Free zone authorities, tax authorities (such as the UAE Federal Tax Authority or the Spanish Tax Agency), immigration authorities and other public administrations, when the service requires it or the law obliges us.
• Financial institutions: Banks with which we process account openings at your request, and institutions that manage our payments and collections.
• Technology providers: Web hosting, email, cloud storage and accounting or management software. All of them are contractually bound to protect your information.
• Professional advisors: In specific cases, we may consult lawyers, auditors or other specialised advisors, always under confidentiality agreements.

Evolve Tax is established in the United Arab Emirates. Therefore, if you live in another country (for example, in the European Union), your data is processed outside that country. This processing is necessary to provide the services you request, and we carry it out applying the safeguards provided for in the applicable data protection regulations.

In addition, some of our technology providers are located in other countries (particularly the United States). When this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
